To celebrate @jordan-rakei ‘s next release dropping August 15th via @soulhasnotempo , I decided to release this edit I made of one of the most beautiful voices, Jordan Rakei’s ‘My Time’ from his latest EP ‘Franklin’s Room’.
Please note that this track isn’t a creative attempt to edit/remix the original song, but more of an edit in it’s purest form, seen through my mind. I wanted to maintain and respect the original work. A bit of drums here, some synths there, a bit of effects, a bit of chops and sampling over there.
